My story

I am a student at UCF majoring in event management, and I quickly discovered how much I love the world of events. It is an exciting and fulfilling field that gives me the chance to make a meaningful impact in a unique way. I have gained almost two years of experience through my position at Babcock Ranch, where I have been involved in many different parts of the event planning process. These experiences have helped me appreciate every aspect of the industry and have made me even more excited for future growth and my career ahead.

Lifestyle Assistant

Babcock Ranch - Fort Myers, FL

June 2024 - Now

  • Lead of 2 events and assisted in over 100 different events.
  • Organized and coordinated food trucks for over 30 events.
  • Helped create the markets at Babcock Ranch/coordinate all markets for events.

Cat Care Volunteer 

Animal Welfare League - Port Charlotte, FL 

June 2022 to February 2023

  • Helped care for more than 100 cats ranging from kittens to seniors which involved cleaning, feeding, and giving them the medicines they needed. 
  • Guided families through adoptions and answered any questions they had. 
  • Worked as a receptionist, where I mainly handled the phones and adoption paperwork. 

 

Volunteered with The Celebration Exotic Car Festival

Make a Wish Foundation - Orlando, FL 

April 5th to April 9th, 2024

  • Directed cars to their designated spot
  • Assisted celebrity guest in signing merch
